New Lease Terms & Online Services
StateFleet has implemented a new fleet and leasing system to replace its existing software systems. The replacement system, Bynx Fleet will go live on 1 June 2008. The following changes will apply:-
StateFleet Leasing Arrangement – New Lease Terms
A new range of lease terms will be available to accommodate a broader range of client requirements for both passenger and commercial vehicles. Attached is an information sheet on the new lease terms including a guide on lease term selection for your assistance.
Online Services
The newly formatted online services (easy.Quote and easy.Order) will provide faster access and improved functionality, enhancing our service delivery.
The new system's heightened security measures will ensure that access to easy.Quote and easy.Order is restricted only to Agency nominated Users. Agency generic passwords will no longer be available and Users will require personalised access codes and passwords.
An email message will be forwarded to all Users on Monday 26 May 2008 advising of the new log-on arrangements to access these new services.
Billing
A new monthly invoice will be released in July (June transactions) for all new vehicles delivered after 1 June 2008. This invoice will initially be delivered in hard copy whilst the accompanying detailed transaction list will be forwarded electronically. Agencies will also continue to receive the old format invoices for existing vehicles for a transitional period of 2-3 months.
